私は、「周りと比べてできない」と悩むのではなく、「その子の中にある力」を一緒に見つけていきたいと考えています。

子どもたちは“集団の中のひとり”ではなく、“ひとりの大切な存在”です。

子どもたちのペースや表情、心の動きを丁寧に感じ取りながら、小さな変化やその子なりの前進を一緒に喜び合える関わりを大切にしていきます。

その子の中にある小さな芽を見つけ、引き出し、育てていくお手伝いをすることで、子どもたちとご家族が安心して毎日を歩んでいけるよう支え続けたいと考えています。
